The idea that Americans are required to pay an income tax is a myth.
When you pay income taxes you join in a criminal conspiracy with the IRS to deliberately break the law. The politicians tell the IRS to bring in as much money as possible for their spending projects in order to buy votes from those voters who actually think there is a free lunch or just love to take FSGs (Free Stolen Goodies).
The law forbids Americans paying income taxes. The actual law is USC Title 26 Subtitle A. It says who should pay: "nonresident aliens", "foreign corporations", and "foreign organizations". Americans can volunteer to pay the IRS or the Mafia or a foreign country, but why?
The IRS doesn't want you to know this for obvious reasons. They want you to "volunteer" by signing away your rights on their 1040 form. The historic definition of "income" is "profit", (not "compensation" which is a trade of value(usually labor or capital) for value (usually money or benefits). Thomas Jefferson defined income in 1817: "INCOME is the annual PROFIT on capital."-Treatise on Political Economy. The U.S. Constitution does not allow for the taxing of American's "life, liberty, and property". It only allows for ad valorem taxes on transactions like sales taxes and excise taxes.
So the actual legal income tax is a tax on foreigners for their profits while under federal jurisdiction. According to law Americans are not required to pay.
Office-holders are required to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution. When the politician office-holders violate their oaths and you obey them instead of the Constitution, what does that make you? Think about it.
Sooooo.....
Who is supposed to pay income taxes? What does the actual law say? The law is U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Title 26, Subtitle A. There are only three categories: (1) nonresident aliens, (2) foreign corporations, (3) foreign organizations. Which one are you? Are you an alien in your own country? Are you a corporation and not a human?
You must be a foreigner to qualify to pay "income taxes".
